Each instructor with a premium subscription can create confidential courses. Such courses are not visible on the Internet and available exclusively to users you have invited by email. It is a great tool to share know how confidentially with your partners, customers or students.

You can train your team or customers through a webinar with instant messaging, desktop and presentation sharing. You can also annotate any presented document in real time. You can choose to make webinars, conferences for up to 50 participants or private on-to-one tutoring.

With our premium subscription, you can allocate roles to your team members (administrator, observer or org. instructor), assign students to groups and enroll students to any course taught in your organization without the need of sending a course invitation by email.

What is Eliademy premium?

Eliademy Premium is a solution for you to train your employees, customers or students. It includes all free features plus special functionality for team learning management and sharing confidential courses.

How does Eliademy Premium pricing work?

Eliademy Premium costs 10€/month. If you teach confidential courses, we will charge additional 2€/month for each unique participant on your confidential courses. We don't charge anything for participants on open, paid or invitation only courses.

How monthly bill is calculated?

We bill only for the actual days students and instructors had access to your confidential courses. For example - if 10 students were enrolled in 5 confidential courses, we will bill only for 10 students. Likewise, if students were enrolled for 2 weeks - only half of monthly fee will be billed. Billing happens each calendar month on the same date you started using Eliademy Premium.

Can I charge for course enrollments?

It's totally free to sell course via Eliademy. We take care of processing payments from major credit cards and PayPal, and you earn 90% of net sales. You will be paid on the 1st working day of the month following sales month. Students who purchased your course online are not counted towards premium billing.

Does your price include sales tax?

Price is VAT exclusive. VAT will be added to EU customers based on the Member State VAT rate where the customer is located unless a valid VAT number is provided. Customers from outside of EU don't have to pay VAT.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase Eliademy with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions over 50 members, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.

Do you offer academic pricing?

Nonprofits and public academic institutions may receive annual Premium subscription for 50€. Please start 15-day trial first and apply for an academic license.

Can I switch to a free version after trial ends

Yes. If you don't want to continue with Eliademy Premium, your account will be automatically switched to a free plan. You will lose access to webinars, admin interface and will not be able to create confidential courses.

Is there an on-premises version of Eliademy?

We don't plan to offer an internally hosted version of Eliademy. We are committed to providing a robust and secure service from the cloud. If you are looking for an integration with your user directory, please contact us.
