Congratulations on your engagement!
It is a delight to have you join us during this important and busy time of preparation before you begin your married life together. Not only is it hoped that you and your partner profit from this course but it is especially hoped that you will both thoroughly enjoy it as well!
The Beauty of Catholic Marriage is a marriage preparation course designed to help engaged couples develop a deeper understanding of the beauty and wisdom of the Catholic Church’s teachings regarding marriage.
This four week learning experience provides engaged couples valuable marriage preparation while granting them flexibility during the busy engagement time. The interactive modules encourage couples to communicate with each other and with other engaged couples as they journey through the course together.
Goal of the Course:
To strengthen an engaged couple’s faith and love and to help them be better prepared to live as partners in a Catholic marriage.
Engaged couples will:
1. Explore marriage as a loving relationship for life.
2. Develop a greater understanding of the Sacrament of Matrimony.
3. Examine marriage as a journey.
4. Recognize the vocation of the family within the Church and the world.
Each module opens Friday at 8:00 A.M. Course material is available anytime once modules open.

Tips for Online Learning:
You are encouraged, together as a couple, to take time to read all of the readings, view all of the videos and participate in all of the discussions and activities each week in order to make the most of this opportunity.
When a new module opens, try to begin as soon as possible. Make sure to finish everything by Thursday to be ready for the next module. Time management is very important in online learning.
