Team Gantt is an online tool for Account Services to use to create a timeline for each event. This tool helps keep the Account Team on task and is also used to communicate with HIRM and Marketing. The Account Executive is responsible for the initial team implementation meeting to start the kick off process. Once the team decides and sets dates, the AE will update Team Gantt and receive email notifications from Team Gantt on when due dates are approaching (these settings can be modified to fit one's preference.) Team Gantt can also communicate with Basecamp if the AE decides to invite the client to view the timeline/tasks.
