Service design is a form of conceptual design which involves the activity of planning and organising people, infrastructure, communication and material components of a service in order to improve its quality and the interaction between service provider and customers.

This particular course will act as the connecting bridge and forum between The Hague University of Applied Sciences and The University of Lincoln as they work collaboratively on issues surrounding Service Design and its implementation.
