Dr. Yongbom Lee

My name is Yongbom Lee. I am originally from Seoul, South Korea, but I spent most of my adult life in the United States. I graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, USA for my B.A. in Ancient Civilizations and Biblical Studies (1999) and M.A. in Classical Greek (2001). I also graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA, USA, for my M.Div. (2006), where I met my lovely wife. I received a Ph.D. in Theology from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom (2010). I am married to Dr. Diana Dodson Lee, who is teaching in 2015–16 Spanish at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, USA. I am a pastor, a teacher, and a scholar. Studying and teaching the Bible always has been my passion and calling from God. I am grateful for the privilege to teach students at UPH as a theology lecturer in 2015–16. I am excited to study together God’s Word and see how it is going to transform all of us as we let the Spirit of God work in our lives.
