Regina Sirendi, Lecturer, e-Governance Technologies and Services, TUT Regina Sirendi is an e-governance lecturer at the Tallinn University of Technology on an international Master’s programme E-Governance Technologies and Services. She is also a PhD student on a joint programme between the Tallinn University of Technology and Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. By combining her academic work and PhD studies she focuses on designing proactive public services by using agent-oriented modelling as proposed by Prof Kuldar Taveter and Prof Leon Sterling.
