An Introductory Course to Meditation
A meditation workshop in which you will learn the basics from why we would want to meditate to how to do it! How do we set up our meditation space? How long do we meditate? What do we focus on? What are some techniques to help us overcome distractions? The class will provide plenty of time for questions and for several “mini-meditations.”
Each time you meditate you have the possibility of completely changing your life. If you meditate with your whole heart and your whole soul, you will become light itself.
