Diana Treglia has been teaching yoga since in 1975. Way before yoga’s present day popularity, Diana was at the forefront of bringing the practice of yoga to her students. The foundation of Diana’s teaching is her belief that “yoga nurtures not only the body, but also the heart and soul.” She feels blessed that her passion for yoga has also been her life’s work. A life-long student as well as a teacher, Diana holds a B.S. in Health Science and an M.A. in Experiential Health and Healing.

The essence of yoga lies not on the mat, but in the heart. When the practice of yoga deeply unfolds, our mind shifts; our perception changes. We see ourselves more clearly; handle stress more skillfully. Our view of ourselves in relation to the world is transformed. This 5 week online course is designed to unfold the heart of your yoga practice. I  look forward to sharing this journey with you.  I also thank the Sephardic Community Center, and Sari Setton in particular,  for their (and her)  enthusiastic support for this endeavor...... Diana
