Dear fellow students,
Officially, we start our class today. If you haven't wacthed any video or if you haven't read anything yet, do not worry, you still have time to catch up with the material. During this first week I will be uploading a quiz for you, to know what your new current level is. Please, don't forget to introduce yourself on the forum and to participate in the Google Hangout tool that you could find at the bottom of the page.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE, LET ME KNOW WHETHER OR NOT YOU CAN ENTER INTO THE "GOOGLE HANGOUT SPACE" SO THAT I CAN MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS, AND THEREFORE YOU CAN ENJOY THIS TERRIFIC TOOL.
Finally, I wanted to tell you that I had already opened a new forum thread where you can make the most common FAQ, so please, take advantage of this forum to solve all your doubts about the technical issues of the course.

Welcome to our first online course “learning English by doing”. I am really pleased and excited for having you here, I am Andrés Ballén, I am your instructor, and I'll be following all the questions and suggestions you may have through the course. During this class, you will learn many tips to improve your English skill, either by writing and reading or by speaking.

Discuss through Google Hangout, forums, etc. what we've learned from the different topics uploaded in the classroom.
Justify any answer regarding the topics exposed, and write them on the forum board.
Design new ways of discussing different topics based on the grammatical structures given through the course.
Do I require any English level before taking this class?.
Yes, you need to have a B2 English level or higher in order to enrol in this class.
How do I know what my in English level is?.
I highly recommend to take the following test, but before taking the class please, please, please!! …..do this test, so that you can know what is your level and you can start studying without any further delay.
What about the sources, are they free and open?.
Yes they are. All the contents uploaded are open and free to everybody, so do not worry.
Will I get a certificate?.
No, but the class is designed as a different alternative to learn English by talking and reading and by sharing those insightful ideas that comes from the course, with other people.
Is there a final exam?.
Yes, the exam will be at the end of the class, but through the course, I will be uploading new test, so that you can know what your current level is. This last tests, do not have additional score from the final exam.
