About the instructor

Bob Waisfisz (born in The Hague in the Netherlands) is the founder of itim International. Itim provides companies with the cultural competence needed to optimize performance worldwide. Bob specializes in advising companies and supra-national organizations on how to be more effective both nationally and internationally. He is experienced in translating global strategies and policies into practical results for management. Since 1985, he has been working in this field with a variety of Fortune 1000 companies. The course consists of nine modules that have the following elements:

  • Videos with Bob Waisfisz, our leading instructor. Videos are streamed through Zaption and have quizzes to reinforce your understanding. You will be asked to type your name only the first time.
  • Access to slides and notes from the video lectures.
  • Input about the 6-D Model from Egbert Schram, Managing Director of itim International, and from three associate partners at itim International.
  • One case study and its debriefing.
  • A final quiz and tips for further study.

All materials are released, so you are welcome to work through the course at any pace you wish. Completion takes approximately 1,5 hours.
