Overview

The Network Administrator: Routing and Switching (Part 1) course covers basic CCNA topics, including Internetworking, Ethernet Networking, Data Encapsulation, INto to TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLSMs, Summarization and Tshooting TCP/IP, Cisco IOS and CLI, Managing a Cisco Internetwork, Managing Cisco Devices, IP Routing, Layer 2 Switching, VLANs and Inter-VLAN Routing. The CCNA Part 2 course is the second section covering network security, NAT, enhanced switched technologies, network device management and security, and troubleshooting. A background in A+, Net+ or network support and administration is recommended for optimal performance in the program.
