Sarah Haws-Taylor, DBH, LMHC, BCBA

BCBA Supervisor #1-08-4728

I have worked with children implementing behavior-analytic services for over 15 years. I have a license in mental health counseling and have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2008. In 2011, I taught master level BCBA courses at National University in San Diego, CA. I recently received a doctoral degree from Arizona State University in Behavioral Healthcare Management (DBH). I have been the owner and president of Child Enrichment Center, a behavioral health agency for children with autism, since 2006. To learn more about Child Enrichment Center check out our website at www.childenrichmentcenter.org. I have supervised and trained hundreds of practitioners in the practice of behavior analysis who work with children with autism. I love working with children and feel so very fulfilled in my work. My goal is to share the knowledge and tools I have gained in my practice to others working in the field.

Grading & Completion of Course Information:

To pass this course you must complete all RBT Task List quizzes for each topic section and a final test comprising of 50 questions derived from the the topic quizzes.

RBT Topic Quizzes

  1. After viewing the PowerPoint presentations and additional videos and resources, the student will go the "Tasks" tab and complete the quiz for the topic they completed.
  2. The student will have unlimited opportunities to pass each Topic Quiz with 80% or higher.  You will know right away when you have missed a question, so write down the missed question and search for the answer so you can correct it the next time you take the quiz.
  3. At the end of each quiz, you will be given the option to "retry" or retake the quiz to improve your grade before submitting or to submit.  Please use this feature so that you do not need to have the quiz reset.
  4. If you click the submit button before changing your grade you may email the instructor to request to have a quiz reset. Email:  childenrichmentcenter@gmail.com. DON'T USE THE DISCUSSION BOARD. It gets too confusing! It may take up to 72 hours to reset the quiz so study the material before taking the quiz.
  5. The topics in this course build on one another, so start with the ABA Overview then take Quiz 1 under the "Tasks" tab and then go down the list of topics (2) Measurement, 3) Assessment, ...etc.) doing the quiz following the lesson in each topic.  Be sure to view all the material within the topic before taking the quiz.

Final Test

  1. The Final Test is also located at the end of the course.
  2. Follow the Topics in order from top to bottom until you get to the Conclusion & Final topic of the course.
  3. Do not take the Final Test until you have passed all of the Topic Quizzes
  4. Participants will have 2 opportunities to pass the Final Test with 90% or higher.
  5. The student must pass the Final Test to complete the course and to receive a "Certificate of Completion" for the entire 40-hours of RBT training.
  6. To access the Final Test, you will need the passcode provided after you complete all sections of the course and the DATE you started the course.
  7. Again, the student must complete this course within 180-days, therefore the date of the first completed Topic section; ABA Overview, and the date of the Eliademy Final Test specified on the Certificate of Completion should be no longer than 180-days between them because the BACB may not accept the training hours.

RBT Training Certificate of Completion

1. You will need the DATE you started the course in this format:  Month, Day, Year (example: April 20, 2018) to access the course. This date should not be less than 4 days from the date you completed the course.  It should also not be longer 180-days between the dates or the BACB will not accept your training hours.

If you have problems or questions, concerns, comments about the course, please email the instructor at childenrichmentcenter@gmail.com.  DON'T USE THE DISCUSSION BOARD. It gets too confusing!
