People are open, collaboration and communication is strong. Misunderstandings or conflicts are managed productively. Creative sparks fly and innovation is welcome. 'Failure' is seen as an essential part of the learning process
In contrast, in teams or groups where there is a level of misunderstanding, mistrust and dominating or controlling team members the outcome and experience can be very different. Whilst individuals may each have the skills and experience to carry out their roles, when interpersonal skills and relationships are poor, productivity and collaboration may be impacted significantly.
An agile organisation is dependent on multiple teams or groups working together effectively towards a common, aligned purpose.For this to work best the ENVIRONMENT they all operate within needs to support not 'hinder' their growth. How can it do this most effectively ?
We suggest 3 predominant 'ways of being', which reflect our mindset or 'mode of management' and share how these can impact how we turn up in the workplace, and our ability to perceive information, make decisions and manage change and complexity.

Innovation Audit 2.0 Assentire has developed this diagnostic which provides a simple common vocabulary and method for exploring group dynamics and collaboration through a questionnaire, cards or workshops resources.
These Library modules complement the IA App and Certified Facilitator resources but can be equally be used as a standalone resource as the content is relevant to all groups or teams.
