The Custom Confirmation feature of Compass allows us to easily communicate important operational messages to guests after they’ve already reserved a hotel with onPeak. After building a message within the system, that message can be tacked on to guests’ existing confirmations and sent out directly from within Compass. This enables swift and flexible communication without the involvement of a separate email campaign program.
PLEASE NOTE for RATE REDUCTIONS: Whenever a hotel changes reduces a rate, the Account Executive MUST reconfirm the rates in order for Compass to lower previously booked reservations in the system. For instructions on process, please follow the steps listed under reconfirm tool
