Prof. Gerald Peñaranda received his Certification as a Specialist in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP). He took his Master of Science in Psychology, major in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University-Manila and his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ateneo de Naga University. He is also doing the coursework for his doctorate in De La Salle University.

Overview

 

The aim of this course is to train the students who are taking up Human Resource Management with the basic steps in the computation for the net pay of minimum wage earners as practiced in the Philippines. It can be noted that Compensation is one of the topics of an introductory HR course, where students will be acquainted with pertinent information about Philippine laws and practices governing wages and salaries. This course is meant as a supplemental hands on tutorial intended to augment learning.
