With 27 years of experience as a small business owner coupled with a Bachelors of Science degree specializing in Occupational Education, Malcolm brings a practical approach to workforce training, needs assessments, and program management. Because of his expertise, he was able to share his experiences with adult learners at the University of Hawaii- Leeward Campus for 7 years. He also continues to serve his community as a member of the Honolulu Fire Department and is responsible for the training and compliance needs of the 854 fire apparatus drivers/operators.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA) requires each state to maintain minimum standards for the licensing of commercial drivers.  This course provides driver license testing information for drivers who want to be able to operate combination vehicles (tractor-trailer, doubles, triples, straight truck with trailer). The information is only to give you the minimum knowledge needed for driving common combination vehicles.
