Welcome to the course Sustainable Blue Economy !

The Course Objective

Besides the products served from biotechnology it is useful to know were, how we can us. This course is design for everyone and it provides you an overview about circular economy, connectivity with the sustainability, links of marine biotechnology and market, as well as will be given the concept of Small-Medium Enterprises. The short quiz after each module will consolidate the basic knowledge needed for studying biotechnology.


By the end of this course, the student will be able:

  • to understand the concept of circular economy and its connectivity with the sustainability
  • to understand the basics of the market economy applied to marine biotechnology resources.

to know main concept how to create SME, how to start the SME activity.
