The objective of this course is to provide in-depth information on Business telephone and email etiquette, Interpreting Escalation Matrix and building confidence, relevant to the NOC engineer's scope of work. This information will equip the team to understand and perform operational tasks efficiently, when practiced.
At the end of this course the participant should be able to:
1. Understand the importance of using the right tone of voice/volume/pitch apart from the right etiquette while communicating over the phone in a business setting.
2. Understand the importance of writing effective business emails so that they are read and responded on time. Also to understand the mechanics, style and tone of an effective business email.
3. Build, develop their confidence and improve by practicing the exercises/steps discussed under the 'How to build your confidence level' module.
4. Understand the process of escalation.

Assessment & certification of completion:
