Overview

Semester 1, 2015 Humanities Faculty - Canberra College

In this unit we will consider film texts from a variety of literary backgrounds including novel, graphic novel, short story, fairy tale, comic, and memoir.

The three major texts for assessment will be drawn from a variety of narrative genres, in order to expand the range of your experience, including anime, animation, action, drama, dystopian, infection narratives, fantasy, etc.  We will try to cover as much ground as possible, but obviously, it is not possible to cover every genre in a single unit.
