Annette Saldana

My name is Annette Saldana and I live in Tennessee with my husband and small dog. I completed undergraduate degree requirements in both Housing & Design (interior design) and Art Education. I also have a Master's Degree in Art Education from the Univ of Florida. I have immersed myself in the study of various media throughout the years. That stated, while working on my degrees, my main emphasis/focus areas were in drawing, clay, and printmaking. I previously taught high school Visual Arts for grades 9-12 and college Art Appreciation courses for Nashville State Community College. Currently, I am an academic advisor for Tennessee Tech Music students, and Chatt State & Motlow (Moore County) 2+2 students. My hobbies include, but are not limited to: working with art in any media, cooking, singing, nature walks, gardening, camp outs, spending time with family, etc. I can’t wait to see, hear, and read about the experiences of students enrolled in this class!
