Overview

  1. COURSE DESCRIPTION

 

This self-paced course is especially designed for aspiring call center agents who are having difficulty in communicating.  It provides a series of lessons that will allow you to enrich your ENGLISH vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and at the same time helps develop your sentence construction. The course contains subjects that will develop your listening, speaking, reading, writing and typing skills. These skills will prepare you for the written and typing examinations, as well as the initial and final interview.

It provides approximately 8 hours of instruction each week in the form of classes, movies, role play and exercises. Enrollment in the course is not limited to promote interaction among the participants. Furthermore, the course will prepare you in the profession as a Call Center Agent.

 

  1. GENERAL OBJECTIVES

            At the end of this course, call center applicants must be able to:

  1. To practice the English Language through series of oral exercise and role play.

 

  1. To develop self-esteem in expressing himself/herself effectively during the call center job interview.

 

  1. Type 35 words per minute with the use of some typing exercises.
