The intention of this course is to learn how to add AUDIO into your Eliademy courses.
We will cover all major AUDIO tools, services and offer fantastic tips on how to enrich your content with audio.
The services list will be periodically updated as we integrate more services or more useful services are suggested to us.
For start we will cover the following services divided as learning topics:
1) Librivox (https://librivox.org/)
LibriVox objective is "To make all books in the public domain available, for free, in audio format on the internet." The service contains over 10.000 audio books and textbooks available for free to the world.
2) Soundcloud (https://soundcloud.com/)
SoundCloud is a global online audio distribution platform based in Berlin, Germany, that enables its users to upload, record, promote, and share their originally-created sounds. According to the company’s data, in December 2014, the service attracts more than 175 million unique monthly listeners, while content creators upload about 12 hours worth of audio every minute
3) Eliademy LIVE
Include to your course a LIVE webinar and speak to your students in real time. Eliademy is used by over 250.000 students and is offering as well LIVE learning courses.
A podcast is an episodic series of digital media files which a user can set up so that new episodes are automatically downloaded via web syndication to the user's own local computer or portable media player.
You will learn how to add selected Podcasts and how to create one for your students.
For each topic, we will include step by step instructions on how to integrate the service into your course. You need maximum 5-10 minutes to master each tool. We will also include small quizzes to refresh your memory.
In the end, we expect that we will inspire you on how to create better online courses and help your students to learn faster and easier.
