This is a comprehensive Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, designed in accordance with the 200 hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance. At the end of the course you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance, simply by sending in a copy of your certificate. You will be qualified to teach 'Vinyasa Flow Yoga' also called 'Power Yoga'.

Jennie Wilson, RN, LMT, E-RYT, founder of 5 Points Yoga School, believes in education through personal attention and personalization of content. As a result, each training is limited to three students (maximum) to ensure the preservation of the teacher/student relationship. This training is a blended format in that some coursework is done online and all assignments are handed in electronically. In person lectures will be scheduled individually based on availability of, both, Jennie and the students.

This is a self paced course that can be finished in as little as 6 months with a 2 year completion limit. If you have not completed the coursework within 2 years, additional fees will apply to receive an extension.

The style is a creative, dynamic, and intelligent flow which can be easily adapted to different levels and different tempos. Over 100 poses will be covered in-depth during the training with special attention to anatomical sequencing and skillful assists. At the end of the training you will be fully qualified to teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga and its variations such as Power Flow or Core Flow, as well as various levels of Hatha Yoga.
