Everything you say is most likely valid. You’re being truthful. You’re not making excuses. But look one step deeper, and what you’ll also find is… procrastination.
Procrastination is the avoidance of doing a task which needs to be accomplished. It is the practice of doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, or carrying out less urgent tasks instead of more urgent ones, thus putting off impending tasks to a later time.
We all do it. We all procrastinate for different reasons. We have different trigger points. And we all procrastinate in different ways.
